At Sensula Fragrance, we are committed to ensuring the safe and timely delivery of all fragrance products. Please read our return and shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Policy

We process all confirmed orders promptly and securely. Shipping timelines depend on the order type and destination:

  • For domestic orders (within Pakistan), standard delivery takes 4 to 6 working days.

  • For international/export orders, production and dispatch usually take 4 to 6 weeks, depending on customization and volume.

You will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details once your order is dispatched. While we ensure safe packaging and timely handling, Sensula Fragrance is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.

 

Return Policy

For Orders Within Pakistan

Returns are only accepted under specific conditions and are subject to approval:

  • The product must be unopened and sealed, with no signs of use or damage.

  • A valid reason must be provided for the return request within 3 days of delivery.

  • All return decisions are made at our discretion and are considered final.

  • We reserve the right to decline any return if it does not meet our criteria.

For International/Export Orders

We do not accept returns on any export orders, unless a prior agreement was made before the order was placed. Due to the nature of our products and international shipping, all export sales are considered final.

⚠️ Product Variations Notice

As we deal with natural fragrance oils and essential oils, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur between batches. These differences are a natural part of the manufacturing process and do not qualify as defects or grounds for return.
